yes its a good point Mis. Anyway in my opinion we should go one day every week for VoA and OS heroic cos there is really good drops and they are not so hard. Also we should be able to clear at least 2 wings in 25 men Naxx - so we could make 3 10 men Naxx and 2 25 men every week till we wont get 10 men on farm status or just make 4-5 raids 10 men.

DKP system

Our Loot system:

- Each specific instance will have their own DKP points - harder instance = more points you will get. You are getting points only for entering this insance without kill any boss:

10 Naxx - 15 DKP
25 Naxx - 25 DKP
10 OS - 10 DKP
25 OS - 20 DKP
10 VoA - 10 DKP
25 VoA - 20 DKP
10 EoE - 10 DKP
25 EoE - 20 DKP

- Each bosses will have their own DKP points - for killing them ofc :)

Naxx:
Arachnid Quarter - each boss 10 DKP
Plague Quarter - each boss 10 DKP
Construct Quarter - each boss 10 DKP
Military Quarter - each boss 10 DKP
Frostwyrm Lair - each boss 20 DKP

OS:
Sartharion - 15 DKP

VoA:
Archavon - 15 DKP

EoE:
Malygos - 20 DKP

If we will kill any boss first time as a raid group - everyone from raid will get 5 extra DKP

We know how we can get DKP points - now how to spend them ?

Its like an auction, you just make bids on item you want to get - highest bid wins.
All items have min value
- 10 DKP - for normal epic items in normal instance
- 15 DKP - for set items in normal instance
- 15 DKP - for epic items in heroic instance
- 20 DKP - for set items in heroic instance
so if nobody needs that item you always must pay 10 DKP to get it.
You CANT go below your current DKP points - exception if nobody wants it.

Rules

1. Be polite !!! first and the most important rule. No exceptions. If you are rude you wont be raiding with us.

2. You can only raid with us. We will make raid callendar for whole week so if for example there wont be 10 men OS in the schedule you can go there with your guild/friends/PuG but before or after our raids.

3. You must be able to raid at least 4-5 times a week with us.

4. You must be alway prepared for raid:
- if you dont know any boss you must read about him before raid
- you must have all the best flask/potions/food buff for your class
- you must have all ress gear if needed
- all your items must be repaired
- you must have lot of regents/soul shard for your spells/abilities
- you must wait at the meeting stone/at the enternance 15 minutes BEFORE our raid will start. If you are not confirmed for the raid but you are on stand by status you must be online till the time we should start - if someone will not show, we will take you.
- NO PVP BUILDS/ITEMS !!!

5. We will have our own Loot system based on old DKP

6. You must be able to work with TS/Ventrillo OR ingame voice chat (but dont need to have micro)

7. Even if we will accept your application we will take you on 1-2 trial runs that we could see how you play. You wont be able to loot any items and you must be prepared as a normal member

well Menthor before TBC when we had 40 men raids that kind of groups like raid groups wasnt somethin unussual - tbh there was a lot of them. Ppl was raiding together from different guilds and it wasnt any problem for it. They was great organized. 1-2-3 ppl outside from guild wont be any problem - trust me :) I dont want to waste my time only to make something Like a PuG - NO WAY :)

I would like to ask you all to comment and bring your own ideas as soon as its possible (or bring some trusted guys for it) cos i think that in 2-3 days ill start recrutation - so mayby we could make our own 10 men Naxx after its reset :]

and of course if you have friends that are good and you think they could join us - DONT BE SHY ad ask them - so far i have mayby 5-6 ppl who would be with us so we have a lot of free space ...

i would like to discuss only with few ppl - so far there is me, Decatos, you and Artorious - if you know somebody really trused, good and you think that we should listen to his ideas - bring him :) But i dont want to discuss about this with all members - of course some changes we can made but i dont think that full democracy is good idea :P

Its not a problem to have 1 guild and few ppl outside from this guild - but its not the point - the point is that (as you also said that) there is some ppl that just dont want to leave their guilds (like for example me - i just hate leaving guilds :/). On the other hand we must try to make something that ppl beeing in our raid group doesnt fell hmm strange ? like with strangers or something like that. Thats why we must focus on our forum and in raid relationships :].

But of course as i said before we could make 1 guild for that but with ppl outside from the guild also :)
